Women of the World Festival @ Halton Lea Library, Runcorn

Women of the World Festival (WOW) is a UK-based festival that celebrates the achievements of women and girls, as well as looking at the obstacles they face across the world. It seeks to inspire new generations of young women and girls.

Join us for an evening of conversation with three top selling female authors – S.E.Lynes, Naomi Kruger and Martine McDonagh. We will explore what has inspired them as writers, the obstacles they have faced and how they have overcome them in order to be successful in their field.

Audience members can ask the panel questions and hear their inspiring stories. This event is a must for book lovers!

General admission tickets are £4. Tickets for library members are £3 each, please book at your nearest local library for this reduced rate. Tickets can be bought online from Eventbrite via this link

I’m off to Cambridge to guest on Leigh Chambers’ Bookmark show. We’ll be chatting about books, writing and music and I’ll read an extract from Narcissism for Beginners and play a few of my favourite tracks. The show will be available as a podcast a few days after the original broadcast. Here’s the link to the programme.
